I have been privileged to direct and lead this new company and take it to a new level of caring for elderly persons. I strive to promote open communication,collaborative problem solving and sharing of resources. I invite feedback and acknowledge my limitations. I promote attentive listening and conveying accurate understanding of others' views.
I continually search for innovative ways to serve others and contribute to Sunset Homes Assisted Living model of care by delivering high quality administrative and operational services. I look forward to seeking relevant input and expertise as needed before making decisions. Above all I Strive to maintain high levels of energy,work commitment, and acknowledge respect. As a leader of this novel model, I present ideas in an articulate and influential manner and demonstrate openness to new ideas and opinions by asking for input.
