We are not Medicare certified, however, it is imperative to know that Medicare does not cover assisted living cost, and services qualifying for Medicare coverage can be offered by an outside agency and billed separately.
Residents or families generally pay the cost of assisted living from their own financial resources. Some types of insurance or long-term care insurance may reimburse for all or a portion of the assisted living cost. The administrator will be happy to review the costs and provide assistance to ensure that all financial avenues are considered for each resident. The cost of living at Sunset Assisted Living is determined by individual service plan that meets the client's needs. The baseline RN assessment is done prior to moving in. Once the assessment is completed, specific cost information is shared with the resident and/or with their family members.
Residents and their families can furnish and decorate their respective rooms as they wish.
Residents' friends and family are always welcome .If staying for a meal a reservation is required and there is a nominal charge.
